We invite you to meet in person, discuss business, and make plans for a better future with Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian suppliers from Arctic Europe - all at once.

in Haparanda, Sweden 2.-4.6.2026!
This event is the result of collaboration between Finnish and Swedish Lapland and Northern Norway. AETC project companies, tour operators, and incoming operators from selected market areas have been invited to participate.
We warmly welcome everyone interested in developing the potential seasons of Arctic Europe together with our great Arctic community in a sustainable way.
This is an excellent opportunity to explore the vibrant tourism offerings across the entire Arctic Europe region. In this sales workshop we want to especially highlight the potential of the snow-free season in Arctic Europe.

Buyers:
Tour operators and incoming operators from these selected markets of AETC are invited to join this event: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), BENELUX (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), USA, UK, Italy, France, and Spain.
Suppliers:
All companies participating AETC -project from Finnish Lapland, Swedish Lapland and Northern Norway are invited to join this event. Please find here the list of all companies covering the entire Arctic Europe.
Costs:
This workshop is free of charge for all buyers and AETC companies.
This includes a two-night stay in Haparanda (June 2-4, 2026), meals included in the program (alcoholic beverages not included), and use of the meeting facilities.
You'll need to cover your travel costs to and from Haparanda.
If you wish or need to extend your stay in Haparanda, please note that any additional nights must be covered at your own expense.

Limit of participants:
We have limited seats available both for the workshop and pre tours.
Buyers
You may have two participants from your company attend the workshop free of charge. Please note that for the pre tours (knowledge transition tours), we can accept a maximum of one person per company.
Suppliers: (AETC Companies)
You may have one participant from your company free of charge.
Registration deadline:
Please register within 1.5.2026.
Cancellation fee of 500 EUR will occur if you cancel your participation after 1.5.2026.

Knowledge transition tours
In addition to the workshop, we invite all buyers you to join our pre tours to discover the beauty of Arctic Europe during the early summer season.
These tours will give you a firsthand experience of the attractions and services that can enrich your programs; you will also have the chance to connect with local suppliers in their own setting, fostering meaningful connections and giving you a deeper understanding of what makes this region truly special.
Please note that seats are limited for each tour. You may indicate your first and second tour preferences from the list, but we cannot guarantee a seat on these tours. Please note that for the pre tours we can accept a maximum of one person per company.
Everyone who signs up for the pre tours by 5 February, 2026 will be informed whether they have been allocated to their preferred trip by 13 February, 2026.

Individual appointments
- We'll open appointments bookings on Wednesday 6th of May at 12.00 CET.
- Registered participants will be able to request pre-scheduled meetings. (15 minutes + 5 min break)
- Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled.
