AETC sales workshop 2026 venue:
The AETC sales workshop will be held at the Cape East hotel.
Address: Sundholmen 1, 953 33 Haparanda, Sweden
Accommodation:
AETC will book accommodation for you in Haparanda accordingly 2.-4.6.2026. Accommodation in Haparanda will be divided between two hotels: Haparanda Stadshotell and Cape East. If you wish or need to extend your stay either in Haparanda, Luleå or Rovaniemi, please note that any additional nights must be covered at your own expense.
Sales meetings:
We'll open the booking of appointments on Wednesday 6th of May at 12.00 CET.
Registered participants will be able to request pre-scheduled meetings. (15 minutes + 5 min break)
Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled.
Your appointment schedules will be later available on your personal page under My Agenda. AETC Team will be available to assist you if you have any questions.
Dinners:
Tuesday 2.6.2026, 18.30 The Culinary Journey & Sauna Village Experience at Kukkolaforsen.
During this dinner you get to experience sauna (attendance is optional). Kukkolaforsen has variety of saunas, including:
- Sweden's Largest Smoke Sauna (RÖK): The 'Rolls-Royce' of saunas, offering a soft, aromatic heat
- The Village Sauna (BYA): A spacious, traditional log sauna that can accommodate up to 70 people
- The VIP Sauna, hot-tubs, and the traditional Virpilä Sauna.
- The unique Greenhouse Sauna.
For those interested in the history and surroundings of Kukkolaforsen, we offer an optional tour:
Culture & History Walk: A short, guided walk to the historical Kukkola Cultural Village and the Fishing Museum, highlighting the ancient tradition of whitefish dip-net fishing. The walk also includes a visit to Gift Shop and Riverside Restaurant, as well as a look at Hotel Rooms and Cottages with their stunning river views.
Wednesday 3.6.2026, 19.00 Dinner at Haparanda Stadshotell.
Networking dinner at historical Haparanda Stadshotell.
During the evening, we will be entertained by The Meänland Folk-Reggae Band.
