Practical information for all attendees
AETC sales workshop 2026 venue:
The AETC sales workshop will be held at the Cape East hotel.
Address: Sundholmen 1, 953 33 Haparanda, Sweden
Cape East Spa will be open on following schedule:
Tuesday 15:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 15:00 – 18:30
Bathrobes, slippers and towels will be provided. Remember to bring your own swimwear. If needed, swimwear can also be purchased at the reception.
Accommodation:
AETC will book accommodation for you in Haparanda accordingly 2.-4.6.2026. Accommodation in Haparanda will be divided between two hotels: Haparanda Stadshotell and Cape East. You can find information about your assigned accommodation under your profile in Converve.
If you wish or need to extend your stay either in Haparanda, Luleå or Rovaniemi, please note that any additional nights must be covered at your own expense.

Dinners:
- Tuesday 2.6.2026, 18.30 The Culinary Journey & Sauna Village Experience at Kukkolaforsen. Read more here.
Dinner will be served in the sauna area. As we will mainly be outdoors, please dress accordingly. Dress code: Swimwear or casual
Remember to bring your swimwear to the Sauna Village Experience if you are planning to use the sauna.
During this dinner you get to experience sauna (attendance is optional). Kukkolaforsen has variety of saunas, including:- Sweden's Largest Smoke Sauna (RÖK): The 'Rolls-Royce' of saunas, offering a soft, aromatic heat
- The Village Sauna (BYA): A spacious, traditional log sauna that can accommodate up to 70 people
- The VIP Sauna, hot-tubs, and the traditional Virpilä Sauna.
- The unique Greenhouse Sauna.
For those interested in the history and surroundings of Kukkolaforsen, we offer an optional tour:
Culture & History Walk: A short, guided walk to the historical Kukkola Cultural Village and the Fishing Museum, highlighting the ancient tradition of whitefish dip-net fishing. The walk also includes a visit to Gift Shop and Riverside Restaurant, as well as a look at Hotel Rooms and Cottages with their stunning river views.

Networking dinner at the historic Haparanda Stadshotell.
The dinner event starts at 19:00, and live music by The Meänland
Folk-Reggae Band will begin at approximately 21:30.
Lunches:
Lunches will be served both days at Cape East.
Both dinners and lunches are covered by AETC project. You are welcome to join both dinners and lunches even if you have not registered beforehand.

After a successful registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and can immediately start networking with other participants and register for workshops, speakers or other event content.
